See below resident tax information for the Town of Deer Lake:

  • Property Tax 7.5 Mills (on the assessed property value).
  • Minimum Property Tax $495.00 per year.
  • Copies of Municipal Plan and Development Regulations - $25.00
  • Discounts 4% (for current year only)- if paid by January 30 and 2% if paid by February 27th
  • Interest on delinquent accounts: Annual rate of 12%

ALL TAXES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE BY MARCH 31 of the calendar year they were issued.
